Improvisation Skills for Teachers

In order to create a musical environment, teachers need to be comfortable improvising in a variety of tonalities, meters, rhythms, and styles. In this course, we will sing and play in all of these ways to develop our skill. We will also explore how our own improvisation can lead to richer musical engagement for the children we teach.
